Dr. Carmella was extremely professional and nice. I was attended as soon as I was done filling out my paperwork. She made sure that I was comfortable through out the whole process and I really appreciate that because I am frightened of going to the dentist. This visit was different, I am definitely coming back to Dr. Carmella for all my future dentist visits.

this experience was nice the office was really clean, and the staff was really nice and polite. May at the front desk was awesome, she handled my paperwork quickly, and she had it ready as soon as i came to the office. I arrived to my appointment on time they made me wait for about 5 minutes only, I was walked into the room; had my x rays taken by a friendly dental assistant. The doctor was polite, she gave me a great answer's to all of my questions. the main reason why I needed to see a dentist was because I had an issue with my tooth, my previous dentist did a filling but since then I was in lot of pain; I was so afraid to have another dental procedure, but doctor Carmella was so gentle during the dental procedure that i did not feel anything, not even the injection. she re- do my feeling and since then my pain is completely gone. I definitely coming back to get my cleaning and other dental procedure done in this office. Great experience.

The dental hygienist was so wonderful and kind! Dr. Nassim-Mashian was very knowledgeable and patient. She explained all procedures before hand and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. They even offered headphones so I could listen to my music rather than the drill noise! So thoughtful.

It was good. I had veneers done in my country and they have been falling off one by one. Dr. Mashian has been fixing them up by replacing them for crowns that fit perfectly. To endure all torture I have endured over the years, I'd prefer to do it with Dr. Mashian than any other doctor.

Gentle, professional, friendly and reasonable

Painless, nice, gentle doctor, answered all my questions. Office was clean, and staff is caring.

I've been coming here for a decade....wow! It's always a pleasure to come to Dr. Mashian because it's truly a family and caring experience, I often forget I'm at a dental office! From May to Shirley to the good Doctor and beyond!

Loved her. I don't do well with sharp objects poking at my gums and she was so gentle and understanding. Also had great headphones so I could listen to my music and relax.

The group of women working at this office are extremely welcoming but also straight to the point. The view is also fabulous--added bonus.

Dr. Mashian and her staff were fantastic! No wait time at all, and Dr. Mashian was not only extremely competent and knowledgeable but also very patient, and took her time to personally care for me. Would give more stars if possible!

I went in for a tooth cleaning expecting to be out in 15 minutes. The appointment ended up taking 2 hours because, without other patients booked for the morning, she milked my appointment by continuing to add on services, without explicitly telling me that they were extra services. She'd say things like, "oh your tooth is a little uneven in the front," so she sawed it for me very casually, without saying it was an extra service. She also did not explicitly tell me that she did not take my insurance. My teeth cleaning appointment bill ended up being about 25x what I expected.

Her demeanor was nice, but it felt like she was often trying to upsell me with unnecessary procedures. I felt a bit uncomfortable at times and had to make it very clear what I wanted and didn’t want done to my teeth. May go back for the sake of consistency but also exploring other options.

Such a pleasant and unique experience. The way Dr’s should be; taking their time to know you and understand you, but that has been lost in modern times. Not with Dr. Mashian.

I really enjoyed my first time visit to Dr. Mashian's office. May at the front desk and Shirley the hygenist were wonderful to me and so was Dr. Mashian. I don't think I've ever had a dentist take the time to show and explain things to me about my teeth as much as she did. I reallly appreciated that.

She is the best dentist ever. Made me feel extremely comfortable and it was much less painful that any other dentist I’ve been to.

Everyone in the office was really nice! Dr. Nassim-Mashian also explained everything she was going to do before she was going to do it and then let me know what was going on while she worked. I found that very comforting as someone who sometimes gets nervous at the dentist.

Great doctor - very nice, honest, considerate, and respectful. Didn’t feel like I was being upsold but also got a comprehensive and honest assessment and treatment options. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. I was seen immediately, which I always appreciate.

Carmella is absolutely wonderful!! She is exceptional at her job and was very helpful with all questions I had. She made getting cavities filled and other not-so-fun dental work as enjoyable as possible and I can't recommend her highly enough. I felt Dr Nassim was too pushy when it came to Invisalign and cosmetics procedures that I never even inquired about in the first place. As for the teeth cleaning, her and her team got the job done - but I just didn't like the overall treatment there and have since moved on to another dentist.

Hands down, best staff and dentist that I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Carmella was absolutely wonderful. Such an awesome experience that I didn't think possible for a dentist visit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helped answer all of my questions. Her staff was also amazing! Mae was great at working with my schedule to change my appointment and they even helped to make sure I didn't get a ticket at the parking meter by keeping an eye on the time for me and allowing me to return to my car, ticket-free! Painless x-rays, clean office, and I loved being able to have a camera to see my teeth. Being able to wear headphones during the louder work being done was also very much appreciated. Can't recommend enough!! Thanks to the whole team!

Great dental practice... the staff is super friendly, the Doctor is very immersed in good dental health practices and procedures in her office. The oral hygienist has the rare gift of providing a very thorough cleaning while also having a light, discomfort free, touch.

Carmella and her whole staff were excellent! I had no wait at all and everyone was so lovely. I went in for my initial consultation and ended up finding out that I had a cavity which Dr. Nassim-Mashian was able to fill right away at my appointment. She was very personable and knowledgeable. I found my new dentist in Los Angeles!

Dr. Mashian and May were great. Friendly and welcoming. It was my first visit and I was due for x-rays, so they took care of that. Dr. Mashian noticed I had a new cavity and filled it immediately right there! And previous dentists I had to book another appointment. She did my cleaning and we talked about Invisalign for a tooth that has been misaligned for years - she made molds for me that day, too. I got so much done in one sitting and both ladies are just the sweetest. The office is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this office!

Great dentist and great staff. I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, so I was nervous about going, particularly since I had a concern about something. The doctor, however, allayed my fears right away. She clearly explained everything she was doing and what my options were for keeping my teeth in tip-top shape. I look forward to the deep cleaning that I have scheduled for next week. I highly recommend Dr. Nassim-Mashian and her office.

So far, so good. This is the beginning of many doctor visits I need. I liked dr. Mashian's demeanor, her assistant May is sweet. This is my first visit to a dentist in many years, I felt comfortable.

Not only is Dr. Mashian thorough and patient (she even waited for me to make a phone call while holding her instruments!), she showed and told me the best way to care for my teeth and gums and explained what we could do to make things better. Fantastic. Also, May is aMAYzing!

Quick, professional, knowledgable, friendly, informative! Great atmosphere, great dentist, great staff! I especially loved that I got to have headphones and listen to music while my teeth were getting cleaned. Also, the camera that actually lets me see my cavities (unfortunately) live! very cool and really made me a part of the process.

My front tooth broke and Dr. Mashian placed a white filling. The color and the shape matches perfectly and I couldn't tell the difference with my natural tooth.

Both the dentist and hygienist were so nice and professional and did an excellent job with my teeth! I'll be returning to get some crowns put in shortly. Yes, I would recommend to a friend.

my experience with Dr Carmella Mashian was great. she took the time to work professionally on my teeth problems. she also answered every concern about my teeth. I really like the office environment because it is private, every one is so friendly and made me felt comfortable. I am pretty sure that I want to come back and make Dr Carmella my dentist since today.

My first visit here was an amazing experience. I was brought into the office right away and given the attention I needed. Despite the fact that I only came in for a cleaning we were able to get sealants and one filling all within the first appointment.
